Who is SubsidySmart for?
Canadian small and medium businesses (SMBs) with at least one employee and active operations. Most useful for companies with R&D, export, hiring, or technology investment activity.
Which programs do you cover?
Federal (SR&ED, IRAP, CanExport, etc.), provincial (PME en Action, OINP, Manitoba SBVC, and equivalents in every province), and a growing set of municipal programs starting with the largest Canadian metros.
Do you submit applications for me?
No. We identify, qualify, and track. You submit. We're a tool, not a consultant — that's why we don't charge a percentage of your grant.
Where is my data stored?
In Canada, on Supabase's Canadian region. Data residency is contractually guaranteed and never crosses the border.
How is this different from a grant consultant?
A consultant charges 15-30% of the grant. We charge a flat monthly subscription regardless of how much you claim. We also surface programs consultants ignore because they aren't worth their cut.
